Returned cages must be returned in their original boxes, original packaging, & are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of inspection. Customer is responsible for return costs (usually $50+). If cage is not packaged properly & gets damaged in transit, cost of replacement parts will be deducted from the refund.
